Description

Connections Bank is seeking a Full-time Teller to join our location at 1100 Branch Street Platte City, Missouri. This person will be responsible for helping customers by processing transactions and assisting with customer service inquiries. This position includes 40 hours per week with a Saturday morning rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process transactions for customers (deposit, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.)
  • Daily balancing of cash drawer and vault
  • Document and update customer records based on compliance regulations
  • Respond to customer needs and inquiries in a polite and friendly manner
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Cross - sell brank products & services when a need is identified

Basic Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in banking industry or other related fields
  • Proficient in computer skills and keyboarding
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong math and cash handling skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Critical thinking/problem solving
  • Ability to build rapport with customers

This person will be responsible for helping customers by processing transactions and assisting with customer service inquiries. This position includes 20-32 hours per week with 1-3 Saturday mornings per month.
