Important Dates to Remember
Friday, January 23, 2026:
After 6:00pm you will be able to start using your new debit card (mailed one week in advanced)
Saturday, January 24, 2026:
Customers will begin using Checks (mailed one week in advanced)
Monday, January 26, 2026:
Self-enrollment in online banking will be available
ACH/Electronic Deposits or Debits
If you have ACH/electronic deposits or debits such as payroll, insurance or others, from your checking or savings account(s), Connections Bank will send a notification to the originator to update your account information. However, to ensure that the deposit or payment continues to be processed, please contact your employer, insurance agent or other originator to inform them of the upcoming change. They will need to know that it affects transactions after January 23, 2026. The new routing number is 101205940, your account number will not be changing.
Debit Cards
If you have an active debit card, a replacement Connections Bank debit card will be mailed to you prior to January 23. The replacement card will be activated when your current debit card with BTC Bank is deactivated on the evening of January 23. The debit cards will arrive within the week prior to the transfer of accounts.
Checks
A complementary box of Connections Bank checks for your checking account will be provided for your use after close of business on January 23, 2026. The checks will arrive within the week prior to the transfer of accounts.

Connections Bank is a member of the AllPoint Network, which has over 55,000 free-to-use ATMs, visit https://www.allpointnetwork.com/locator to locate an ATM.
Online and mobile Banking
You may self-enroll in online and mobile banking on January 26 by visiting our website www.Connections.Bank or scanning the appropriate QR code below. On the website, you will select the Login button in the upper right and then Enroll Now. On the mobile app, select the Enrollment option on the home screen. Once you have enrolled on either the website or the mobile app the credentials you set up will work for the other. If you are unable to view an account that you should have access to on January 26, please call your local branch at 573-499-0955.

Customers with Loans
Your loan will be transferred to Connections Bank from BTC Bank in the branch sale. The current terms (Rate/Payments/Maturity) of the loan will remain in effect. Your loan number is not changing. The local branch will be prepared to service your loan. Payments made after close of business January 23, 2026 need to be made payable to Connections Bank.
